7 days in advance and $25 cancelation fee

No Smoking, No Noise/Party Policy
The comfort and well-being of our guests is our #1 priority at the Seahawk Motel. We do have a strict, no
exceptions “NO SMOKING, NO NOISE/PARTY POLICY.
”
1. This is a SMOKE-FREE Motel. A $250 room cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms. We have designated smoking areas located at the pavilion and at the end of each building.
2. Maximum number of guests allowed in a room is (6), one bedroom is (4), two-bedroom is (6). If the
occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a fee of $50 per person and individual(s) may be asked to
leave.
3. No parties are allowed in the guest rooms at any time. Authorities will be called, and occupants will be
evicted from the hotel.
4. Pool parties are not permitted at any time.
5. All noise complaints which resulted in compensation to guests disturbed will be charged to the guest
room whose noise caused the complaint.
6. While we attempt to give at least one warning before eviction and/or calling the police, this policy may
be enforced without warning, in order to protect other guests of the hotel.
7. For the comfort and convenience of all guests, this Motel has "Quiet Time" between the hours of 11pm
and 7am. We ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbors and to not congregate outside the rooms.
8. There is a charge for rooms that are Left unusually dirty. Additional cleaning fee $50 will be charged to the card on file. An additional charge of $150 will be added for rooms that need a Deep Cleaning pictures will be taken and kept on file.
As a registered guest, I assume complete responsibility for any and all damages to the suite. I understand
that for any damages made, it will be charged to the card on file, or will provide payment for damages
